Hi! I’m Theo Grzegorczyk. I’m a Creative Director specializing in immersive experiences, global flagship events and narrative-driven brand storytelling.
I have more than 18 years of experience spanning political speechwriting, executive communications, entertainment and technology.
I’m based in New York with my wife and son, and you couldn’t pay us to leave.

FLAGSHIP KEYNOTES
I lead the creative direction, narrative development and on-stage execution for full-scale global events and showcases at Paramount.
These keynote events are attended by a global audience of thousands of partners and need to translate complex business priorities into clear and impactful live experiences.
In my role, I oversee a team of writers, graphic designers and video producers as well as owning agency partnerships - all in the service of producing something memorable and impactful.
TALENT APPEARANCES
Talent appearances are a powerful way to validate and endorse the story a business is trying to tell - and they are especially important in the entertainment industry.
I design, produce and script moments that connect talent to the narrative while also delivering an engaging and fun performance for attendees to write home about.
SPEECHWRITING & EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Ever since I could write, I was writing speeches. My first job was in the UK Parliament, writing for British lawmakers. From there I’ve gone on to work with leaders in business and nonprofit on everything from award acceptance remarks to gala keynotes.
The process of speechwriting is inherently collaborative, and I enjoy getting to work with speakers, discover their tone and rhythm, give voice to their ideas and then coach them on a pitch-perfect delivery.
